★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha é cliente há tempos , hoje mora fora do Brasil, e todos os anos qdo vem próximo à época de Natal vai lá . Marquei, como de hábito ,há +_ 50 dias com a profissional Tatiane ,já sabendo que esta é uma época muito concorrida ; e há 20 dias fui informada que a mesma foi desligada . Pedi então no mesmo dia e horário com qualquer outro profissional, e agora 11/12 fui informada que esta outra profissional Elisangela , não poderá atender neste dia e horário , ficando eu , nesta altura do campeonato sem atendimento. Falta de respeito ao cliente e falta de profissionalismo é nome pra esse tipo de estabelecimento. Uma pena !
My daughter has been a client for a long time, now lives outside Brazil, and every year when she comes around Christmas time she goes there. I booked, as usual, +_ 50 days ago with the professional Tatiane, already knowing that this is a very busy season; and 20 days ago I was informed that it was turned off. So I asked on the same day and time with any other professional, and now 12/11 I was informed that this other professional Elisangela, will not be able to attend on this day and time, I, at this point in the championship, do not attend. Lack of respect for the customer and lack of professionalism is the name for this type of establishment. A feather !
