★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente acabei de ter uma péssima experiência com esta pizzaria. Pedimos três tipos de pizza. Levaram 1 hora e 25 minutos para entregarem. As pizzas chegaram frias e duras e a de 4 quatro queijos péssima. Os queijos, se é que tinham os quatro, com gosto de mussarela. Mas o pior estava por vir. Liguei para comunicar a péssima pizza e para a minha surpresa não acreditaram e me pediram uma foto da pizza de quatro queijo. O que o estabelecimento pensa? Que eu tirei os queijos? Um absurdo fazerem isso com um cliente. Depois de analisarem a foto, meofereceram uma nova pizza. Agradeci mas o melhor é não comer a pizza da Especiale. Não recomendo.
 Unfortunately I just had a bad experience with this pizzeria. We ordered three types of pizza. It took 1 hour and 25 minutes to deliver. The pizzas arrived cold and hard and the four-cheese was awful. The cheeses, if they had all four, tasted like mozzarella. But the worst was yet to come. I called to report the bad pizza and to my surprise they couldn't believe it and asked me for a picture of the four cheese pizza. What does the establishment think? That I took out the cheeses? Absurd to do this to a customer. After reviewing the photo, they offered me a new pizza. I thanked you but the best thing is not to eat the Especiale pizza. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é maravilhosa, muito saborosa, bem recheada, produto de alta qualidade. O motoboy super atencioso e educado. Só nao foi muito legal o processo para realizar o pedido, os meios oferecidos não estavam 100%, foi bem demorado. Mas de resto, super recomendo e quero vê como será na próxima, pois havia sido o meu primeiro pedido, ainda não tinha cadastro !
The pizza is wonderful, very tasty, well stuffed, high quality product. The motoboy super attentive and polite. The process to make the request was not very nice, the means offered were not 100%, it took a long time. But for the rest, I highly recommend it and I want to see what it will be like next time, because it was my first order, I still didn't have a record!

I bought two pizzas with this company and I was super well attended and my order arrived super fast! And the pizzas were wonderful. I highly recommend. Oh! Not to mention the super affectionate message written on the box with birthday congratulations to my son.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não adianta recadinho fofo na caixa se não sabem se portar de maneira adequada diante de um erro cometido por vocês. Se propuseram a descontar da cozinha o valor do cortador (8,00 que não aceitamos) por não cortar a pizza (erro mínimo), do que 15,00 da atendente que passou o valor errado e precisei fazer pix posteriormente, deu a entender que agimos de má fé. Além de não enviarem descartáveis (estamos no hotel). Admitam os erros e tudo fluirá mais fácil com os clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre pedi pizza do Speciale, sempre gostei . Pizzas saboras e bem feitas. Porém esse último pedido achei elas um pouquinho massuda, mas muito saborosa. O atendimento sempre atencioso e prestativo. E o motoboy muito simpático e atencioso tb. E é a segunda ou terceira vez que não tem coca cola tradicional disponível para o combo. Só por esses detalhes que não dei 5 ⭐.
