★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui à clinica com bastante dor, pensamos que era canal mas o Dr. Rullio fez todo o procedimento para ter certeza do que se tratava antes de mexer.
Normalmente tenho bastante medo, fico nervosa, minha cicatrização é péssima e sou super sensível a dor, porém o dr. Rullio me deixou super a vontade e calma. Conseguiu fazer o procedimento sem aplicar a anestesia e foi "delicado" pois quase não senti dor ao realizar o procedimento. Além de se colocar a disposição caso eu sentisse algo depois do procedimento.
Muito grata por ter cruzado com ele no plantão em que fui.

I went to the clinic with a lot of pain, we thought it was a canal but Dr. Rullio did the whole procedure to be sure what it was before moving.
I'm usually very scared, I get nervous, my healing is bad and I'm super sensitive to pain, but Dr. Rullio left me super comfortable and calm. He managed to do the procedure without applying anesthesia and it was "delicate" as I felt almost no pain when performing the procedure. In addition to being available in case I felt anything after the procedure.
Very grateful to have crossed paths with him on the shift I was on.
I highly recommend. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui à clínica num domingo às 7h da manhã depois de passar a noite incomodado com dor de dente. Fui atendido super rápido pela recepcionista e logo fui chamado pela Dra. Mirelle Tashima. Mto atenciosa, me explicou tudo oq ia realizar. Tirou radiografia, q ficou pronta em poucos minutos. Iniciei o tratamento de canal, q terá q ser finalizado na clínica do meu convênio. Me receitou remédios q tiraram a dor. Sou mto grato pelo trabalho de profissionais tão eficientes q fazem tanta diferença na nossa vida. Ainda mais em momentos em q estamos com dor. Recomendo mto pra quem precisar! Excelente trabalho!
I went to the clinic on a Sunday at 7 am after spending the night bothered with a toothache. I was served super fast by the receptionist and soon I was called by Dr. Mirelle Tashima. Very attentive, explained to me everything he was going to do. An X-ray was taken, which was ready in a few minutes. I started the root canal treatment, which will have to be finished at the clinic of my agreement. He prescribed me medicine that took the pain away. I am very grateful for the work of such efficient professionals who make such a difference in our lives. Especially at times when we are in pain. I highly recommend it to anyone in need! Excellent job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não gosto de denegrir a imagem dos outros, mas como ser humano e profissional da saúde eu me sinto no dever de expor um profissional que agiu de forma totalmente anti-ética! Sim, vou citar nomes, e mais, aconselho a ir embora ou solicitar outro profissional se souberem que o atendimento será com Maria Elisa Rebelo. Cheguei ao PS com muita dor de dente, e como já imaginava, precisei de um canal. Já de início, ela parecia estar muito impaciente, eu estava com muita dor e a anestesia não pegou direito, o que tornou tudo mais difícil. Ela foi ríspida diversas vezes comigo, que a anestesia não estava pegando pq eu estava tensa ( tomei diversas agulhadas para anestesia e continuava doendo demais o procedimento) Ela não parava mesmo quando eu estava quase tirando a mão dela da minha boca de tamanha dor, me constrangeu dizendo que eu estava dificultando o processo e além disso empurrou a minha língua com extrema grosseria e força, onde senti muita dor, me senti invadida e desrespeitada! Nunca passei por algo parecido! Saí de lá com muita dor e chorei muito pelo desrespeito com que fui tratada. Essas atitudes são inadmissíveis, eu vou reclamar aqui e em qlq outro canal que houver, pois essa dentista fez algo inaceitável. Devido ao ocorrido, minha nota é -1! Espero que a clínica tome uma atitude quanto ao ocorrido. Isso não pode acontecer! É inadmissível!
I don't like to denigrate the image of others, but as a human being and a health professional I feel obliged to expose a professional who acted in a totally unethical way! Yes, I will name names, and more, I advise you to leave or ask for another professional if you know that the service will be with Maria Elisa Rebelo. I arrived at the PS with a lot of toothache, and as I already imagined, I needed a root canal. Right from the start, she seemed to be very impatient, I was in a lot of pain and the anesthesia didn't go well, which made everything more difficult. She was harsh with me several times, that the anesthesia wasn't starting because I was tense (I took several needles for anesthesia and the procedure continued to hurt a lot) She didn't stop even when I was about to take her hand out of my mouth in such pain, I embarrassed saying that I was making the process difficult and also pushed my tongue with extreme rudeness and force, where I felt a lot of pain, I felt invaded and disrespected! I've never been through anything like it! I left there in a lot of pain and cried a lot for the disrespect with which I was treated. These attitudes are unacceptable, I will complain here and in any other channel there is, because this dentist did something unacceptable. Due to what happened, my grade is -1! I hope the clinic takes action on what happened. This can not happen! It is unacceptable!
