★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa farmácia de bairro. Não tente comparar com as grandes, como Pacheco ou raia. Seu ponto forte são as entregas , sempre muito rápidas , e alguns marcas que vc só encontra ali, como genéricos mais baratos que não interessam as grandes.
Good neighborhood pharmacy. Do not try to compare with the big ones, like Pacheco or ray. Its strong point is the deliveries, always very fast, and some brands that you only find there, as cheaper generics that do not interest the big ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cara e gerência da comendador Queiróz Icompetente comprei uma caixa de Lucas lemgruber de 100 unidades " Médias e veio dentro da caixa tamanho p" liguei em apuros pois estava no meio da troca da graúda de minha Mãe e o Gerente disse que não podia fazer nada eu tinha que ligar para o Zac da empresa lemgruber as 21h... Um sem noção. Liguei para uma comlncorrente e o Gerente trocou a caixa e não recebeu o valor da compra; ganhou minha fidelização e a SPD farm um cliente de cinco anos.

Minha filha de 2 anos com uma assadura enorme proveniente de alergia alimentar, solicitei uma pomada as 16:19 Mas não tinham na farmácia, o atendente se comprometeu em buscar em outra unidade e me disse que a entrega seria bem rápida... as 18:00 Meu marido liga novamente pra saber onde estava a pomada e disseram que estava com o motoboy a caminho, as 20:00 liguei pra dizer que era um absurdo a falta de responsabilidade dos funcionários em não entregar o remédio em minha casa 4 horas depois do pedido inicial, sendo que a farmácia fica próximo... Deppis do escândalo, em menos de 5 minutos o motoboy apareceu com o remedio. Um descaso! Nunca mais! E olha que sou cliente há anos!!!!
