Meu animal foi atendido com quadro de infeccão urinaria, foi internado e feitos os procedimentos.ministrei todos os medicamentos conforme orientação da profissional, todavia não obtive resultado. O gato piorou e hj tive que leva- lo para retorno. Ocorre que o atendimento não foi nom, o animal permaneceu na esoera gritando de dor pois edtava com bexiga cheia sem conseguir urinar e em nenhum momento foi priorizado o seu atendimento mesmo se tratando de urgencia. Apos longos minutos de espera e no desespero de ver meu animal com dor, optei por sair e leva- lo em outra clinica onde ele foi muito bem atendido e permaneceu internado. Muito lamenravel. É o que semore digo: Acolhimento e atenção para com o cliente é tudo! NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!
Terrible! My animal was treated with a urinary tract infection, was hospitalized and the procedures were done. I administered all the medications according to the professional's guidance, however I didn't get any results. The cat got worse and today I had to take him back. It turns out that the service was not nom, the animal remained in the screaming screaming in pain because it had a full bladder without being able to urinate and at no time was its priority prioritized even if it was an emergency. After long minutes of waiting and in desperation to see my animal in pain, I chose to go out and take him to another clinic where he was very well attended and remained hospitalized. Very pliable. That's what I always say: Reception and attention to the customer is everything! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendo a minha preocupação mediante ao histórico de falecimento de PET durante a castração que apresentei para a clínica, ela me indicou um cardiologista de confiança para efetuar avaliação cardíaca da minha dog (pois em exames, foi constatado uma irregularidade), indicou também qual seria o melhor procedimento e protocolos a serem seguidos, além de também se dispor de tempo e cuidados extras para que tudo ocorresse sem nenhum incidente.
Eu indico a SpeedVet para todos os meus amigos e familiares, sei que o atendimento é de qualidade e tudo feito com profissionalismo e muito amor aos PETs.
