Fui até a loja para devolver (conforme a política da marca, seguindo todas as exigências), porém o valor pago não foi devolvido em até 15 dias úteis conforme informado pela gerência. Ainda aguardo a devolução do meu dinheiro.
I bought a portable wine cooler, the product did not meet my expectations. I went to the store to return (according to the brand policy, following all requirements), but the amount paid was not returned within 15 working days as informed by management. I'm still waiting for my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atendente me deixou esperando 30 minutos, passou 2 clientes na minha frente, péssimo atendimento, falta de preparo e organização da loja, não indico ,ao proprietário da loja sugiro fazer um planejamento e treinamento com a atendente.
The attendant left me waiting 30 minutes, 2 customers passed in front of me, terrible service, lack of preparation and organization of the store, I do not recommend, to the store owner I suggest doing a planning and training with the attendant.

A atendente Caroline foi péssima . Sem educação, grossa . A loja e impecável, mas o atendimento dela foi péssimo . Sem respeito e vontade para atender a minha solicitação.
