comprei varias calças , um dela quando usei esgaçou todo o elástico e aloja não quis trocar, falar que iam levar pra analise e ,me deram um prazo de 30 dias. nuca vi uma falra de despeito com o consumidor.....indico a não compra nesta loja
a store that doesn't think about the customer.
I bought several trousers, one of them when I used it wore all the elastic and lodges did not want to change, say that they would take for analysis and gave me a deadline of 30 days. I never saw a false of spite with the consumer ..... I indicate not to buy in this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa loja não tem credibilidade alguma, fui maltratada pela vendedora, pois ganhei uma blusa de presente e não aceitaram realizar a troca, pois eu teria que esperar 7 dias até acabar a promoção que estava acontecendo no momento. É desrespeitoso isso!
HORRÍVEL
This store has no credibility whatsoever, I was mistreated by the seller, because I got a shirt as a gift and they didn't accept to make the exchange, because I would have to wait 7 days until the promotion that was happening at the time was over. That is disrespectful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!!! As vendedoras te esnobam, quando você for trocar um produto, não tem com quem reclamar, tipo um canal do cliente, somente a gerente no local que não faz nada.
Definitivamente não dão a mínima importância para o Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
Terrible!!!! The salespeople snub you, when you go to exchange a product, you have no one to complain about, like a customer channel, only the manager on the spot who does nothing.
They definitely don't give a damn about the Consumer Protection Code.

I loved the store, the salespeople are very attentive, friendly, makes the customer very comfortable in addition to being super polite, quality clothes, great price. I highly recommend it to anyone who has good taste and likes sophisticated pieces.
