The piece of clothing purchased is beautiful, but the service was lousy. The salespeople are very aggressive trying to push pieces that, despite having previously refused, they kept insisting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um lindo vestido para minha namorada, que por sua vez, precisou trocar por um outro tamanho do mesmo modelo. Atendimento parecia desespero, oferecendo alguns modelos ridículos e não demonstraram disposição para encontrar do modelo do tamanho específico via sistema já que as filiais são integradas. Não voltarei nesta loja, no quesito pós venda é péssimo e precisam entender mais as necessidades de um cliente.
I bought a beautiful dress for my girlfriend, who in turn needed to change to another size of the same model. Customer service seemed desperate, offering some ridiculous models and showed no willingness to find the specific size model via system as the branches are integrated. I will not be returning to this store, in the after sales is terrible and need to understand more the needs of a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As roupas são bonitas, de boa qualidade. O preço as vezes é desproporcional a peça. De fato, não há muita opção de tamanho, para qualquer modelo. Alguns vendedoras são menos atenciosas do que outras. Não seria a primeira opção de loja, mas com sorte dá pra fazer uma boa aquisição, com o cuidado de não contar com troca pelo menos modelo em outro tamanho.
Clothes are nice, good quality. The price is sometimes disproportionate to the piece. In fact, there isn't much size option for any given model. Some salespeople are less thoughtful than others. It wouldn't be the first choice of store, but with luck it can make a good purchase, taking care not to have an exchange for at least a model in another size.
