★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, E DETALHE, DAS PRÓPRIAS DONAS!!! No sábado dia 17/10/2020 meu esposo fez um orçamento de material elétrico nessa loja e em outra concorrente. Como o preço anunciado foi menor, deixamos de comprar na concorrente para comprar nessa Splendida. Na segunda-feira dia 19/10/2020 cheguei às 09:00 em ponto para buscar o material elétrico, e a loja abriu quase às 10:00, fazendo chegar atrasada no trabalho. Detalhe, não conseguiram imprimir a nota fiscal e me enviaram pelo Whatsapp com os preços acima do anunciado no orçamento. Fui pedir a restituição, aí me orientaram a ir até a loja no mesmo dia para fazer o estorno do cartão. DETALHE, cheguei às 18:00 em ponto, e a funcionária que me atendeu, que se diz irmã da dona, disse pra voltar amanhã. Essa loja de Splendida não tem nada! ATENDIMENTO PÉSSIMO, NÃO COMPREM NELA, VÃO PASSAR RAIVA!!!
Poor service, AND DETAIL, OF THE OWN OWNERS !!! On Saturday 10/17/2020 my husband made a budget for electrical equipment in this store and in another competitor. As the advertised price was lower, we stopped buying at the competitor to buy at this Splendida. On Monday, 10/19/2020, I arrived at 9:00 am on time to pick up the electrical equipment, and the store opened at almost 10:00, making me late for work. Detail, they were unable to print the invoice and sent me by Whatsapp with prices above what was announced in the budget. I went to ask for the refund, then I was guided to go to the store on the same day to refund the card. DETAIL, I arrived at 18:00 on time, and the employee who answered me, who says she is the owner's sister, said to come back tomorrow. This Splendida store has nothing! TERRIBLE SERVICE, DON'T BUY IT, WILL PASS ANGER !!!
