★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, atendentes ficam conversando não prestam atenção no que o povo pede, temos que ficar falando várias vezes, horrível, jogam o macarrão no prato de qualquer jeito, frio. Falta de respeito.
Lousy service, attendants are talking, they don't pay attention to what the people ask, we have to keep talking several times, horrible, they throw the pasta on the plate anyway, cold. Lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Comprei pelo Ifood Fettuccine Especial R$ 13,00 + Molho al Mare R$ 25,90 = R$ 38,90. Só que veio só o Fettuccine sem o Molho Especial com Camarões. Ligueo mais de 3 x no telefone que esta na Notinha e qdo coloco o I.D eles nao atendem! Absurdo! Vou no Procon
Terrible! I bought at Ifood Fettuccine Especial R $ 13.00 + Sauce al Mare R $ 25.90 = R $ 38.90. Only Fettuccine came without the Special Sauce with Shrimps. Call more than 3 x on the phone that is in Notinha and when I put the I.D they do not answer! Absurd! I'm going to Procon

Experiência Horrível.
I went to this restaurant for the first time, my order was a shrimp risotto that was so salty that I couldn't eat it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou fã do Spoleto! Porém minha experiência na loja do shopping Tamboré foi péssima. A pessoa que me atendeu estava com a cara bem fechada, sem vontade nenhuma de estar ali. A quantidade de massa veio muito reduzida, reclamei com a funcionária e ela não deu atenção, disse que era assim mesmo (mas sei que não é) o molho pesto estava totalmente sem gosto, e o bolonhesa salgado. Precisei perguntar se tinha queijo ralado, pois ela me entregou sem queijo. E na embalagem de talher só veio o garfo, precisei pedir uma faca. Enfim, pode ser que a funcionária não estava num bom dia, mas a qualidade do atendimento não pode ser baseada no humor do funcionário.
I'm a Spoleto fan! However, my experience at the Tamboré mall store was terrible. The person who answered me was frowning, with no desire to be there. The amount of pasta was very small, I complained to the employee and she didn't pay attention, she said it was like that (but I know it's not) the pesto sauce was totally tasteless, and the bolognese was salty. I had to ask if there was any grated cheese, as she gave it to me without cheese. And in the cutlery package only came the fork, I had to ask for a knife. Anyway, it may be that the employee was not having a good day, but the quality of service cannot be based on the employee's mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely repulsive. The chicken was inedible... And looked transparent and slimy. My wife had something hard in her bolognese that was a complete mystery. They didn't seal the packages for delivery so everything was spilled out in the bag when it arrived. Worst experience I have ever had dining in Brazil after living here for over 3 years. The mistakes you make on iFood when you don't see the restaraunt itself...
