I will never ask for delivery again Spoleto Patio Higienopolis. The order doesn't arrive, after 1:00, they don't even answer the phone or when they answer, they answer poorly....that's because it was already 3:00...a horror

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal, hoje sábado, 16:45, um dia de chuva - que consequentemente tem muito mais movimento, o restaurante não tem nenhuma das 4 opções de risoto; eu peço pra inclui frango, também não tem, e pra finalizar também não tem salsinha, cebolinha e torrada! Por gentileza, estejam mais preparados para finais de semana com feriado! Sair de casa pra vir num restaurante em que 4 pedidos do cardápio estão indisponíveis é demais!
Guys, today Saturday, 4:45 pm, a rainy day - which consequently has a lot more movement, the restaurant does not have any of the 4 options for risotto; I ask to include chicken, there isn't any, and to finish there's also no parsley, chives and toast! Please be more prepared for weekends with holidays! Leaving home to come to a restaurant where 4 menu orders are unavailable is too much!

O funcionário que monta o prato estava impaciente a ponto de colocar azeite sem nos perguntar antes, pular alguns ingredientes e colocar a massa sem aguardar escorrer a água, tirando a qualidade do prato. A mulher do caixa estava ainda mais impaciente e ríspida. Não voltaremos.
I had lunch with my wife on 11/07/2021, at 13:00. The employee who assembles the dish was impatient to the point of adding oil without asking us first, skipping some ingredients and adding the dough without waiting for the water to drain, taking away the quality of the dish. The cashier's wife was even more impatient and gruff. We will not return.
