★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fiz um pedido on line em 27/12/21, com o prazo de entrega de " 2 horas". ja se passaram quase 24horas e nada. em contato telefonico informaram que tiveram "um probleminha", mas entregar o pedido....NADA. PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO
I placed an online order on 12/27/21, with a delivery time of "2 hours". it's been almost 24 hours and nothing. in telephone contact informed that they had "a little problem", but deliver the order....NOTHING. TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nessa loja, dia 13/12/2021, entre 9:00 e 9:15 hs. Não encontrava um produto e fui perguntar a um funcionário que estava parado quase no meio da loja (Juan -- pelo que li na identificação)... Ele fingiu não ouvir e se dirigiu para os fundos. Fiquei com cara de trouxa. Esse é o tipo de atendimento que vcs têm? Não volto mais!!!!!
I was in this store, on 12/13/2021, between 9:00 and 9:15 pm. I couldn't find a product and went to ask an employee who was standing almost in the middle of the store (Juan -- from what I read on the identification)... He pretended not to hear and headed towards the back. I looked like a muggle. Is this the type of service you have? I won't be back!!!!!

No Natal comprei todos os produtos que eu precisava e os preços estavam melhores que nos supermercados das redondezas.
Encontrei até saquinhos de frutas vermelhas congeladas que eu havia procurado em muitos lugares...
O atendimento foi impecável.

Aqui não tem aquele problema de encontrar produtos congelados com aspecto estranho, como é comum encontrar em supermercados que deixam o freezer desligado a noite. Pedido pela internet tem cashback pelo Meliuz e chega bem embalado.
Well organized store with a wide variety of frozen products. Here you don't have that problem of finding strange looking frozen products, as is common to find in supermarkets that leave the freezer off at night. Online order has cashback through Meliuz and arrives well packaged.
