★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha filha de 9 anos, gostamos muito das massas , mais o ponto forte são os molho bem fartos e delicioso. O atendimento é muito bom , principalmente a do shopping Morumbi tow onde frequento porque é bem pertinho do meu apartamento.
 My 9 year old daughter and I, we really like the pasta, but the strong point is the very hearty and delicious sauce. The service is very good, especially at the Morumbi tow mall where I go because it is very close to my apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o máximo esses potes do Spoleto, mas ainda agardo os pratos deles.Tem o delivery do ubberEats, Rappi, Ifood, com promoção e chegou em casa quentinho, entregador rápido, só deixar a explicação se for difícil. A fila no spoleto, normalmente é grande na hora do almoço e pedir para levar para casa evits constrangimento, porém vem pouco queijo tinha que vir mais. O importante também seria se os funcionários avisassem sempre antes se falta algum ingrediente, para não causar constrangimento. Realmente o preço ficou um pouco mais alto, quando vemos a quantidade que vem no prato, me intristesse um pouco, por que as vezes queremos comer algo que para alguns é difícil acertar no ponto ou no tempero em casa, nem todos conseguem.
I found the most of these Spoleto pots, but I still await their dishes. They have ubberEats, Rappi, Ifood delivery, with promotion and came home warm, fast delivery, just leave the explanation if it is difficult. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento normal, mas achei um absurdo ter um produto exposto e quando vc pede do que não vai te vender! Pedi uma coca 600 que vi na geladeira e falou que para clientes do shopping só vendia a lada, que a 600 era só para delivery!

Recebi do Spoleto do Shopping Jardim Sul, a comida toda aberta caída dentro de uma bolsa de papel, reclamei ao telefone com o subgerente da noite (02/11/21) e o mesmo foi mal educado. Quando avisei que estava gravando a ligação, ele respondeu que trocaria, mas enviou um prato errado com ingredientes totalmente diferentes do meu pedido. Liguei novamente e não atendeu mais. Abri uma reclamação no Reclame Aqui e outra no PROCON, porque esse restaurante não tem nem sequer uma central de reclamações ou ouvidoria. Fundo de quintal disfarçado, o cliente não tem importância.
BAD EXPERIENCE. I received it from Spoleto at Shopping Jardim Sul, the food all open and dropped into a paper bag, I complained on the phone to the assistant manager for the night (11/02/21) and he was rude. When I told him I was recording the call, he replied that he would switch, but sent the wrong dish with ingredients totally different from my order. I called again and didn't answer any more. I filed a complaint at Reclame Aqui and another at PROCON, because this restaurant doesn't even have a complaints center or ombudsman. Disguised backyard, the customer doesn't matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim, uma dó de colocar condimentos, deixaram minha comida esfriar no balcão, tive que adivinhar que era meu prato pois não me chamaram e apenas colocaram no balcão de retirada, péssimo atendimento. Nunca mais. Estão preocupados com os ifoods da vida.
Bad, sorry for putting condiments, they let my food cool down on the counter, I had to guess it was my dish because they didn't call me and just put it on the pick-up counter, terrible service. Never. They are concerned with the ifoods of life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui almoçar com uma amiga, e pedimos Spoleto, quando sentando na mesa pra almoçarmos tinha um cabelo bem enrolado no macarrão dela, automaticamente nós fomos devolver, chegando lá o gerente nós disse que só podia devolver o dinheiro do dela pois o meu não tinha cabelo, mas venhamos e convenhamos se você está com alguém e algo aparece na sua comida automaticamente voce não tem vontade de comer mais, o gerente não devolveu o meu dinheiro, deixei o prato lá vou atrás do meu direito para devolução!
