É DESUMANO, ter a quantidade de funcionários para a demanda que o restaurante tem no shopping + Ifood.
Eu fiquei lá e a atendente (que é muito educada, frente as reclamações das pessoas, pois as pessoas nervosas acabam tb descontando na atendente)
O problema não são os colaboradores é a falta de pessoas para fazer tudo que tem que ser feito e ainda manter qualidade.
A moça da frente, estava no caixa + fazendo pedido balcão + atendimento da reclamação de demora + atendimento de motoboys ifood + embalagens para viagens, SOZINHA, e a cozinha claramente não dando conta da quantidade de pedidos.
A culpa não é das pessoas, é da falta de gestão estratégica humanizada na empresa.
Eu fiquei observando isso pelo menos por 1 hora, meu pedido demorou mais de 30 minutos para sair e o tempo que comi.
A culpa não é das pessoas que trabalham lá e sim da gestão gananciosa que ecomomiza demais , sobrecarrega os funcionários e ainda exige qualidade. Se liga Montana, que tá feio demais isso!.

It is INHUMAN to have the amount of employees for the demand that the restaurant has at the mall + Ifood.
I stayed there and the attendant (who is very polite, in the face of people's complaints, because nervous people end up taking it out on the attendant)
The problem is not the employees, it is the lack of people to do everything that has to be done and still maintain quality.
The girl in front was at the checkout counter + ordering at the counter + handling the delay complaint + service of ifood motoboys + travel packaging, ALONE, and the kitchen clearly not keeping up with the amount of orders.
It's not the people's fault, it's the lack of humanized strategic management in the company.
I watched this for at least 1 hour, my order took over 30 minutes to come out and the time I ate.
It's not the fault of the people who work there, but the greedy management that saves too much, overloads the employees and still demands quality. If you call Montana, that's too ugly!.

Sempre comprei e estava vindo de maneira separada e com a quantidade correspondente a que paguei, nos últimos pedidos tenho recebido em quantidades menores e com redução de embalagens. Eu não como frango e colocaram minha carne com o frango, ainda paguei duas porções de arroz e veio 1. Quase 100 reais para receber dessa maneira. Com total certeza perderam cliente. Apesar da comida ser muito boa a maneira que recebi foi um descaso. Economia de embalagem e porção reduzida. Não pedi, eu paguei. Se tivesse 100 zero estrelas eu daria devido ao total descaso e desleixo com os seus clientes.
