★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo Uber eats que demorou muito pra ficar pronto,e conforme relatado pelo entregador ao reclamar pela demora, eles disseram que ainda iriam preparar o meu pedido. Ele me informou quando ficou pronto e não demorou a trazer. Porém para minha surpresa, a comida que havia sido preparada a menos de 10 minutos, chegou GELADA. O que me faz compreender que já estava pronto e ficaram segurando para liberar. Spoleto West shopping
 I placed an order through Uber eats that took a long time to get ready, and as reported by the delivery person when complaining about the delay, they said they would still prepare my order. He informed me when it was ready and it didn't take long to bring it. But to my surprise, the food that had been prepared less than 10 minutes ago arrived COLD. Which makes me understand that it was ready and they were holding it to release. Spoleto West shopping

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maravilhoso atendimento! Adorei, voltaremos sempre! Desde o primeiro menino a nos receber e iniciar os pratos, até a funcionária que os terminou. Estava uma delícia risotto de camarão! Reparei no carinho e atenção na confecção dos mesmos.
Enfim, parabéns aos funcionários Spoleto no West Shopping ! Energia boa!
Wonderful service! I loved it, we will always come back! From the first boy to greet us and start the dishes, to the employee who finished them. Shrimp risotto was delicious! I noticed the affection and attention in making them.
Finally, congratulations to the Spoleto employees at West Shopping! Good energy!

Unfortunately at Barra shopping the treatment is another one I ate a macaroni with cheese sauce show. More at the West shopping store came little food, crushed bacon and sauce that looked like too little soft drink

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gostei muito do Spoleto, sou uma amante declarada por massas. Porém, tenho percebido que nas duas últimas vezes a qualidade infelizmente não tem sido a mesma.
I've always liked Spoleto a lot, I'm a declared lover of pasta. However, I have noticed that the last two times the quality has unfortunately not been the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma decepção!!!! Sou fã da rede de franquia Spoleto, mas a do West Shopping é horrível!!! O atendimento é péssimo, os atendentes nem olham pra vc, vc pede um ingrediente e eles colocam outro tudo isso pq estão mais preocupados com as entregas do que com os clientes presentes na loja. Os ingredientes são cortados de qualquer forma, não tem capricho, a quantidade de macarrão diminuiu e tudo feito na correria, a menina que fica no caixa está mais preocupada em lhe empurrar uma sobremesa do que te ouvir. Uma pena, muito diferente da minha época da faculdade onde eu jantava todos os dias nesse restaurante e via as atendentes sorrindo. Boa época 2011/2015
A disappointment!!!! I'm a fan of the Spoleto franchise chain, but the West Shopping one is horrible!!! The service is terrible, the attendants don't even look at you, you ask for an ingredient and they put another one because they are more concerned with deliveries than with the customers present in the store. The ingredients are cut anyway, there's no whim, the amount of pasta has decreased and everything is done in a rush, the girl who stays at the checkout is more concerned with pushing you a dessert than listening to you. A pity, very different from my college days where I had dinner every day at this restaurant and saw the waitresses smiling. Good season 2011/2015
