Péssimo ! Pagamos pelo almoço infantil e não tinham o brinde , nem se quer deram um desconto ,pois o brinde está no cardápio e é incluído no valor. Não tinha nenhuma outra bebida a não ser refrigerante, copos , só de 500 ml para obrigar o cliente a pagar mais caro . Ainda ficaram me devendo 50 centavos ,pois a caixa falou que não tinha troco . Horrível !!
HOW NOT TO EAT AT GIRAFFAS
Terrible ! We paid for the children's lunch and they didn't have the gift, they didn't even give a discount, as the gift is on the menu and is included in the price. There was no other drink than soda, glasses, only 500 ml to make the customer pay more. They still owed me 50 cents, because the cashier said there was no change. Horrible !!

O frango e o peixe estavam estragados com gosto de cachorro molhado... Foi horrível...
Nem terminamos de comer...
Se vc vai almoçar com sua família, em plena pandemia... Escolha outro lugar, pra não sofrer a mesma consequência que eu!

The chicken and fish were spoiled with the taste of wet dog ... It was awful ...
We haven't even finished eating ...
If you are going to have lunch with your family, in the middle of a pandemic ... Choose another place, so you don't suffer the same consequences as me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei quem pode recomendar esse lugar. Eu já sabia que era ruim, mas acreditei que tinha mudado. Eu pedi estrogonofe de filé mignon e meu amigo outro prato. Estava horrível e a carne não era filé mignon nem aqui e nem na China. Colocaram carnes cheias de gorduras nos nossos pratos e a batata estava crua e a linguiça estava com aquele saco plástico. Reclamamos e trocaram por estrogonofe de frango que tava horrível tbm. Não vão nesse lugar
I don't know who can recommend this place. I already knew it was bad, but I believed it had changed. I ordered beef tenderloin stroganoff and my friend another dish. It was horrible and the meat was not filet mignon here or in China. They put fat-filled meats on our plates and the potato was raw and the sausage was in that plastic bag. We complained and traded for chicken stroganoff that was awful too. Don't go in this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os pedidos do meu esposo chegaram errado, a carne minúscula e dura, não tem chat para falar com a loja. Não recomendo que comprem no giraffas do west pelo uber eats, e pelo ifood, pior franquia.
My husband's orders arrived wrong, the meat tiny and tough, there is no chat to talk to the store. I don't recommend shopping at giraffas in the west for uber eats, and for ifood, worst franchise.

The food is good, but the quantity leaves something to be desired. What appears on the menu and what they actually serve is disappointing.
