★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de remodelação na loja e alterações no cardápio piorou muito, mas muito mesmo. O ponto da massa não é conseguido, ou é duro ou é pastoso. O número de ingredientes caiu, assim como a qualidade e diversidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O do shopping da barra é muito bom o atendimento, mas no sábado dia 12 fui no Spoleto do shopping da Bahia (20h35), meu Deus!! O rapaz que preparava o prato totalmente sem paciência e beirando a grosseria, e eu como um bom libriano, mais indeciso que qq coisa... O que espantou que como paulista sempre soube da vagaresa e tranquilidade dos baianos, esse estava totalmente sem paciência!!! ???

Escolhi o tamanho Mama e optei por um spaghetti a bolonhesa com vários complementos, ficou bem saboroso! E a atendente não economizou no queijo ralado, adorei isso!
