Apesar da comida quente ser um ponto Excelente, é um ponto péssimo quando temos que segurar um prato cheio, sem bandeja e pegando fogo até o caixa. Acho que as bandejas deveriam ficar logo na entrada, não no caixa.
The food is great, always hot and very delicious. I just have a suggestion for improvement. While hot food is an Excellent point, it is a very bad point when you have to hold a full plate, without a tray and on fire to the checkout. I think the trays should be at the entrance, not the cashier.
