★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer um pedido pessoalmente pois trabalho no Mag e sempre pedia comida para comer na loja , mas o rapaz atendente foi muito grosseiro comigo era exatamente 11:21 ele disse que não poderia me atender. Fico triste pois gosto muito da comida mas infelizmente tive que pedir de outro lugar não pedirei mais .
 I went to place an order in person because I work at the Mag and always asked for food to eat in the store, but the boy attendant was very rude to me it was exactly 11:21 am he said he could not answer me. I am sad because I like the food very much but unfortunately I had to order from elsewhere I will not ask for more.

Pouco cuidado com a higiene no preparo dos pratos (ficam falando diretamente sobre os alimentos e pratos), alguns funcionários com má vontade e antipáticos... O pessoal da franquia tem que dar uma melhorada no serviço lá... E olha que estávamos somente nós dois sendo atendidos...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi meu almoço no delivery do próprio spoleto e nunca demorou tanto. Já tem uma hora que o pedido saiu pra entrega, já passou meia hora do horário previsto e simplesmente não atendem no telefone. O site do spoleto também não tem nenhum tipo de chat para entrar em contato com o restaurante. Péssimo, não recomendo.
I ordered my lunch at the delivery of the spoleto itself and it never took so long. It's been an hour since the order came out for delivery, half an hour has passed since the scheduled time and they just don't answer on the phone. The spoleto website also does not have any type of chat to contact the restaurant. Bad, I don't recommend it.

Service without customer service. Basic ingredient is missing: mozzarella cheese and let me know at the end... Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu miojo customizado em casa dá de mil nesse espaguete "al mare" com meia duzia de camarões sem cor e mergulhados numa "sopa" gorda e amarela. Suco de latinha artificial e quente.
My custom noodles at home give a thousand in this "al mare" spaghetti with half a dozen colorless shrimp dipped in a fat yellow "soup". Artificial and hot canned juice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço na loja do Mag shopping já foi melhor... Não há mais àquele prato saboroso... Àquela salada de massa deliciosa faz tempo que não encontro mais.
Só dei sorte de comer uma excelente salada de massa na filial do Mangabeira shopping... A atendente de lá foi simplesmente sensacional.
The service at the Mag shopping store was better... There's no more to that tasty dish... That delicious pasta salad I haven't found for a long time.
I just got lucky to eat an excellent pasta salad at the Mangabeira shopping branch... The attendant there was simply sensational.
