O primeiro foi quando troquei o pedivela, paguei um shimano e colocaram um de outra marca, sem me avisar nem nada, fui reclamar e só depois me disseram que nao tinham estoque no momento, mas no papel constava shimano. Alem disso levei minha bicicleta para ver o freio, varias vezes e nada de arrumar, resolveram trocar as pastilhas de freio, e eles colocaram pastilhas que nao serviam naquele freio, para caber rasparam a pastilha quase até o ferro e me entregaram assim, e se eu pego uma descida?, como fica?
I do not recommend this store to anyone, I had several problems. I also took my bicycle to see the brake, several times and nothing to fix, they decided to change the brake pads, and they put pads that did not fit on that brake, to fit the brake pad almost to the iron and handed me that way, and I get a descent, how is it?
