★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia tem um bom preço no plano semestral para quem busca apenas musculação. Os aparelhos não são tops de linha, porém a academia não é lotada como algumas outras e os professores são atenciosos.
 The gym has a good price in the semiannual plan for those seeking only bodybuilding. The devices are not top of the line, but the gym is not crowded like some others and the teachers are attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparelhos da academia são novos e bons, porém fui durante um tempo, e não recebi nenhuma série, nem atendimento dos professores, somente quando solicitado ajuda.
Mesmo informando na recepção que era a primeira vez na academia, e que já nao malhavamos a tempos.
E mesmo assim nenhum atendimento foi dado. O mesmo aconteceu com mais duas pessoas, que foram comigo.
Complicado.
Gym equipment is new and good, but I went for a while, and I did not receive any grades or attendance from teachers, only when asked for help.
Even informing at the reception that it was the first time at the gym, and that we didn't work out in a while.
And yet no assistance was given. The same happened with two more people, who went with me.
Complicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não adianta manter um bom preço a custo de falta de higiene e descumprimento das regras básicas durante a pandemia. Gente, ainda não acabou. Usem máscara e caprichem na higienização.
It's no use maintaining a good price at the cost of poor hygiene and non-compliance with basic rules during the pandemic. Guys, it's not over yet. Wear a mask and be careful with cleaning.

Academia quente, SEM VENTILAÇÃO e escura. Os armários são abertos, não tem aparelhos repetidos é um de cada! NÃO VOLTO MAIS LÁ!
Right at the reception, the receptionist WITHOUT MASK, entering the hall with more people WITHOUT MASK (students and teachers). IT IS NOT ALCOHOL IN SPRAYERS, IT IS SOAP WITH WATER. Hot gym, NO VENTILATION and dark. The cabinets are open, there are no repeated appliances, it is one of each! I WON'T GO BACK THERE AGAIN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia onde treino atualmente, gosto do lugar, das pessoas e do ambiente. Os aparelhos q entram em manutenção são logo consertados, os professores são atenciosos e as atendentes educadas e simpáticas.
Gym where I currently train, I like the place, the people and the environment. The appliances that go into maintenance are soon repaired, the teachers are attentive and the attendants polite and friendly.

O uso de mascara obrigatório só ficou na lei. O próprio dono da academia da péssimo exemplo. Nunca usou mascara lá.
É muito comum algum equipamento estar em manutenção.
Vários deles estavam com o estofamento rasgado por meses e só recentemente foi consertado.
As 2 bicicletas não mostram no visor o tempo e uma delas ficou semanas quebrada e não tem como controlar a pressão d a pedalada porque a peça esta quebrada
Conversei com o dono a respeito das bicicletas e ele foi super mal educado e ficou me ignorando
Qdo reclamei que ele não estava dando importância ao q estava falando ele disse q os alunos reclamam dali eram chatos e só sabiam reclamar
O pior de tudo é o ar condicionado que não funciona há meses.
Sei que eles tiveram problemas de furtos da instalação do ar mas muito antes disso já não funcionava e no ultimo verão era difícil de ficar lá depois das 9hs por conta do calor
It had everything to be a great gym but it is far from reasonable.
The use of mandatory masks was only in the law. The owner of the academy makes a bad example. Never wore mascara there.
It is very common for some equipment to be under maintenance.
Several of them have had the upholstery torn for months and have only recently been repaired.
The 2 bikes do not show the time on the display and one of them was broken for weeks and there is no way to control the pedal pressure because the part is broken
I talked to the owner about the bikes and he was very rude and ignored me
When I complained that he wasn't giving importance to what he was talking about, he said that the students complained there, they were boring and they only knew how to complain.
Worst of all is the air conditioning that hasn't worked for months.
I know they had problems with the theft of the air installation but long before that it didn't work and last summer it was difficult to stay there after 9 am due to the heat
