Gosto da academia, é limpa e bem tranquila
Só nn gosto da agua , que ou sai mt gelsda ou mt devagar. Ja fiquei doente por a água natural sair quase pingando de tão devagar, e na pressa ir pra gelada mesmo que estava trincando.
Por favor coloquem um filtro.
As aulas de pilates e zumba são excepcionais e a professora é atenciosa e boa
Os treinos são bem feitos e os alunos são respeitosos e trm uma grande variedade de tipos de pessoas. Eu me sinto bem a vontade.
Instructor Marta is wonderful, I feel the power of the exercises much more intensified by the way she instructs
I like the gym, it's clean and very quiet
I just don't like the water, which either comes out very slowly or very slowly. I was already sick because the natural water came out almost dripping so slowly, and in a hurry to go cold even though it was cracking.

Pilates and zumba classes are exceptional and the teacher is attentive and good
The training is well done and the students are respectful and bring a wide variety of types of people. I feel very comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é legal , porém deveriam escolher melhor seus instrutores.Tive aula de box onde o professor é totalmente desrespeitoso . Fui claramente assediada em todas as aulas e todos fazem vista grossa para o que acontece já que o mesmo trabalha a mais de um ano na academia. Quando falei disso para Uma colega ela falou que "ele é assim mesmo" como se fosse a coisa mais normal do mundo. Acredito seriamente que isso já aconteceu outras vezes.
The environment is cool, but they should choose their instructors better. I had a box class where the teacher is totally disrespectful. I was clearly harassed in all classes and everyone turns a blind eye to what happens since he has been working at the gym for over a year. When I told this to a colleague she said that "he is like that" as if it were the most normal thing in the world. I seriously believe that this has happened on other occasions.

Os equipamentos são bons e muito organizados, só não são novos, mas totalmente funcionais.
