★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meu esposo, iniciamos nossos treinos e estávamos com um pouco de receio, por ouvir falar que a academia krypton, os instrutores só focavam atenção nas mulheres saradas e nos homens bombados, que os iniciantes não estavam nem aí...Eu sou uma mulher que prefiro ver para crer, e fui conhecer pessoalmente.
Fiz uma avaliação física, e em toda minha vida nunca vi um profissional dar tanta atenção, tirar todas as dúvidas, incentivar e fazer o máximo para mostrar que todos somos capazes...Um profissional que faz o trabalho com amor isso já valeu para eu tirar toda má impressão que eu tinha da academia.
Eu e meu esposo treinamos no primeiro horário e estamos sendo bem acompanhados, nos dão toda atenção que precisamos...
Ainda não comecei as aulas, só estamos nos treinos...depois volto para falar sobre as aulas...
My husband and I, we started our training and we were a little afraid, for hearing that the krypton gym, the instructors only focused attention on fit women and pumped men, that beginners didn't care... woman I prefer to see to believe, and I went to meet in person.
I did a physical evaluation, and in all my life I've never seen a professional pay so much attention, answer all questions, encourage and do the best to show that we are all capable... take away all the bad impression I had of the gym.
My husband and I train in the first hour and we are being well accompanied, they give us all the attention we need...
I haven't started classes yet, we're just training... then I'll be back to talk about classes...
