Agendei uma lavagem completa da bike + suspensao com frete incluso, tambem pedi para verificarem a trava da suspensao pois ela estava dificil de acionar. O combinado era pegarem a bike na segunda-feira e me devolver na quinta-feira.
Na quinta entraram em contato comigo pra mostrar um problema em uma das pecas da suspensao, e alegarem ser o problema da trava nao estar funcionando perfeitamente. Pedi pra deixarem como estava e que poderiam me trazer a bike nesse mesmo dia, porem me disseram que nao poderiam fazer o frete de volta pois o rapaz que o faz estava de licença. No final das contas minha bike ficou na loja por mais uma semana ate eu conseguir disponibilidade de ir busca-la.
Ao receber a bike, eles disseram que alguns itens poderiam ter sido trocados por ja estarem gastos(dai vem a incompetencia de nao terem me falado isso durante a manutencao, pois poderia ter pedido pra ja trocarem as pecas com desgaste), no final das contas, me devolveram a bike sem a trava do guidon que pedi para verificarem o problema, apesar de estar dificil de acionar, ela ainda funcionava corretamente.
Pessima experiencia.
Worst service and maintenance in the city.
I scheduled a full wash of the bike + suspension with freight included, I also asked to check the suspension lock because it was difficult to activate. The deal was to get the bike on Monday and return it to me on Thursday.
On Thursday they contacted me to show a problem with one of the suspension parts, and claim that the problem with the lock is not working perfectly. I asked them to leave it as it was and that they could bring me the bike that same day, but they told me that they could not do the freight back because the boy who does it was on leave. In the end my bike stayed in the store for another week until I was able to pick it up.
Upon receiving the bike, they said that some items could have been exchanged because they were already worn out (hence the incompetence of not having told me this during maintenance, as I could have asked to exchange the worn parts already), after all , they returned the bike to me without the handlebar lock that I asked to check the problem, despite being difficult to start, it still worked correctly.
Bad experience.
