Service: really is some of the best I have had in SP (it is a challenge to find good restaurant service in this city). They are knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive.
Atmosphere: stylish, simple, ambient, great lighting, energetic without being too loud.
Food: I have had some uneven experiences here, but last night the pork ribs I got were DELICIOUS! At first, I was disappointed to see the BBQ sauce on the side, since I am used to it being on ribs in the US. I quickly realized this was a good thing because it let me discover how flavorful the ribs were without being saturated in sauce. The rustic potatoes were fine, but just kind of boring (bring on the butter, herbs, and olive oil!). The dulce de leche souflé was good, but not amazing.
