Sistema do aluno sempre fora do ar, ninguém consegue pegar as matérias quando precisa, o boleto não é gerado automaticamente todo mês (precisa ligar na central para uma atendente colocar no sistema), carteirinha de estudante que não funciona para alguns e dificultando a entrada para a aula... cadeiras quebradas..

Estou em processo de mudança de país, e um dos documentos solicitados como parte do processo foi a segunda via do meu diploma de concluão de curso, no caso um MBA. Inicialmente nao responderam aos meus emails, e depois me responderam que a confecção do diploma tomaria 90 dias uteis. Ao solicitar um carta, me disseram que isto tomaria 30 dias uteis. Uma grande surpresa negativa, nao esperava um serviço tão ruim e um atendimento igualmente fraco.
I am a former student and I had a bad experience with the company. I am in the process of moving to another country, and one of the documents requested as part of the process was the duplicate of my course completion diploma, in this case an MBA. Initially they did not respond to my emails, and then they replied that the preparation of the diploma would take 90 business days. When requesting a letter, I was told that this would take 30 business days. A big negative surprise, I didn't expect such bad service and equally poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante: aulas canceladas ou substituídas de última hora, mudança de local sem aviso prévio, desorganização geral, cobrança indevida, propaganda enganosa ! A instituição não presta um serviço de qualidade e não respeita o cliente/ consumidor. A começar por omitir o contrato de ADESÃO (ADESÃO é um contrato com cláusulas vantajosas que beneficiam apenas a instituição e fere direitos básicos do consumidor), já na inscrição a instituição estrategicamente exige a assinatura do futuro aluno em uma ficha de inscrição onde consta que o aluno acessou o contrato via site e concorda com todas as cláusulas , mesmo o aluno não tendo o acessado e nem assinado. A partir de então, o aluno está sujeito a diversos vícios na prestação do serviço sem direito a reclamação e ainda sujeito a multa se cancelar ou TRANCAR o curso. Muito cuidado...escolham outra instituição para fazer seu MBA , pós graduação... Essa é completamente descomprometida em prestar um serviço de qualidade e respeito ao aluno.E não acreditem que há isenção de matrícula, a cobrança chega sem maiores explicações e se o aluno não paga no prazo, os dados são compartilhados com 3 empresas de cobrança que ligam insistentemente mais de 20 x ao dia, incluindo a noite, na madrugada... E ao levar o caso para a justiça, a surpresa é que o julgamento é desfavorável ao aluno, por ter aberto mão de seus direitos ao assinar a tal ficha de inscrição que descrevia um link de site onde estaria o tal contrato... Muita atenção, gente! Passem longe dessa instituição!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BSP/ Anhembi Morumbi é uma instituição que se utiliza de métodos comerciais coercitivos e desleais, cobrando multa aos alunos que trancam ou desistem do curso por qualquer motivo, até mesmo mudança de cidade por motivo de saúde, trabalho. Atua com práticas e cláusulas abusivas , impostas no fornecimento do serviços afim de obter vantagem excessiva do aluno. Não recomendo, a experiência que tive foi péssima. É uma das universidades com maior número de reclamações e processos no Procon e na justiça de São Paulo. Pesquise, confirme e não se arrisque!
BSP / Anhembi Morumbi is an institution that uses coercive and unfair commercial methods, charging a fine to students who lock or withdraw from the course for any reason, even moving to another city for reasons of health, work. It acts with unfair practices and clauses, imposed in the provision of services in order to obtain excessive advantage from the student. I don't recommend it, the experience I had was terrible. It is one of the universities with the highest number of complaints and processes in Procon and in the São Paulo justice system. Search, confirm and don't take any chances!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim... A empresa BSP não é idônea. Lamento que a rede Laureate / Anhembi Morumbi tenha se conveniado a estes estelionatários para oferecer cursos de pós graduação. Estão sujando a marca e a credibilidade da instituição no mercado. Pesquisei antes de contratar o serviço. Entrem no site do MEC, perceberão que a BSP não tem os cursos reconhecidos lá... Além disso, me inscrevi em maio para aulas que começariam em agosto... As aulas só iniciaram em outubro, e ainda assim, eu chegava na faculdade e não tinha professores, perdi meu tempo e dinheiro. Vendem aulas e o aluno não tem aula. Quando tentei cancelar, fui surpreendida por uma multa surreal por quebra de contrato... Contrato este que nunca me foi mostrado , e então alegaram que fica disponível online. São diversos abusos que esta empresa BSP comete contra nós, alunos, brasileiros... Agora passarão a oferecer cursos online, mas volto a afirmar : Não vale a pena! Não contratem cursos aqui! São estelionatários e vão te enrolar com a finalidade única e exclusiva de roubar o seu dinheiro / investimento! Não tem qualidade! Não vale a pena! De verdade! Este relato é para que você não cometa o mesmo erro que eu... Há empresas reconhecidas e melhores: Tente FGV, São Judas, USP, Mackenzie... esta não vale a pena! Acredite! Vou pegar o seu CPF e telefones e distribuir em todas as empresas de cobrança do Brasil, você receberá inumeras ligações que só te pertubarão e não falarão nada. Apenas com o objetivo de te estorquir e você vá até eles pagar uma conta que não é devida. Eu solicitei o trancamento após ir 5 vezes na universidade e não ter professor pra dar aula... E então eles me cobram diariamente, até durante a madrugada o valor de R$ 562,00 por ter trancado. Não pagarei em hipotese alguma, não patrocinarei estelionatarios... Se eutivesse recibo o serviço, eu pagaria... O serviço não me foi prestado, portanto não pagarei. Até o Procon já avaliou o caso e diz se tratar de abuso e extorsão. Não coloquem seu dinheiro aqui! E Anhembi Morumbi desfaçam o contrato com estes estelionatários... está prejudicando a marca de vocês. Abraços!
