★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, estou com Solicitação de pensão por morte de Companheiro ( união estavel documentada e registrada em cartorio) e há 9 meses pedem documentos claramente com intenção de negar o benefício. Não negam, evitam negar, não dizem que não tenho direto....só enrolam. Levam de 40 a 70 dias a cada avaliação e pedido de novo documento! Alguém tem caso semelhante? Podem ajudar?
 Terrible, I have a request for a pension for the death of a partner (stable union documented and registered in a notary's office) and for 9 months they have been asking for documents clearly with the intention of denying the benefit. They don't deny it, they avoid denying it, they don't say I don't have a right....they just roll around. It takes 40 to 70 days for each assessment and new document request! Does anyone have a similar case? Can you help?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive dia 10.02.2022,no ssprev,meu pagamento foi cortado liguei Ágata,me atendeu anoto os códigos,e pediu que eu fosse a spprev que eles iríamos resolver,no meu hollerit veio 49 mil reais nunca vi esse dinheiro, e foi descontado tudo,a atendente falou más não disse o motivo,ouvidoria não estava atendendo devido o covid,sai chorando sem resposta sim saber se o mês seguínte vou receber, nunca roubei agora estão me roubando isso é vergonhoso, quem ganha pouco e tira,estou com minhas contas sem pagar, estou revoltada más a não posso fazer nada.spprev não faz nada não sabem de nada, coloca pessoas erradas e deixa os aposentados chorando e sofrendo a?????
I was on 02.10.2022, at ssprev, my payment was cut, I called Ágata, answered me, I wrote down the codes, and asked me to go to spprev and they would solve it, in my hollerit came 49 thousand reais I never saw that money, and everything was deducted , the attendant spoke but did not say the reason, the ombudsman was not attending due to the covid, leaves crying without response yes know if the next month I will receive, I never stole now they are robbing me this is shameful, who earns little and takes it, I have my bills not paid, I'm angry but I can't do anything. sprev doesn't do anything they don't know anything, puts the wrong people and leaves retirees crying and suffering a?????

They don't even respect the injunctions issued by justice imagine the retirees, the organs of the state of São Paulo São like this, they charge the duties but they don't fulfill the laws and their obligations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei uma estrela pois não tinha como dar -5 estrelas. Com os meios digitais avancadissimos que temos hoje a spprev tem um app que não funciona, tenho que sair de guarulhos para fazer prova de vida e recadastramento no centro de SP. Até o INSS já modernizou. Lamentável.
I gave one star because I couldn't give -5 stars. With the advanced digital media that we have today, spprev has an app that doesn't work, I have to leave guarulhos to do proof of life and re-registration in downtown SP. Even the INSS has already modernized. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha e desrespeito com o aposentado. Minha mãe com 91 anos, lúcida, portanto não possuo procuração, mas é dependente fisicamente. Terei que leva-la a Secretaria da Fazenda por não consiguir acessar nenhum meio de contato para desbloquear o acesso.
Shame and disrespect for the retiree. My mother is 91 years old, lucid, so I don't have a power of attorney, but she is physically dependent. I'll have to take it to the Finance Department because I can't access any means of contact to unlock access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando marcar a prova de vida da minha mãe de 101 anos, acamada mas é simplesmente IMPOSSÍVEL conseguir falar nos telefones disponíveis. Será que esses funcionários acham que estão fazendo um favor pra nós??? Meu pai trabalhou por 45 anos como funcionário público pagando EM DIA todos os seus IMPOSTOS. Realmente um absurdo.
I'm trying to book my 101 year old mother's proof of life, bedridden, but it's just IMPOSSIBLE to get through the available phones. Do these employees think they are doing us a favor??? My father worked for 45 years as a civil servant paying all his TAXES ON TIME. Really absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, é quase impossível conseguir atendimento através do telefone em ambos os números disponibilizados, ou pq simplesmente esta fora de serviço ou pq se diz que o número é inexistente isso qdo ao conseguir ser atendido passamos horas na linha aguardando de fato que alguém fale conosco para que esse funcionário simplesmente diga que ñ tem como passar maiores informações.
No site tb é péssimo! Ñ se consegue resolver nd por lá, é lamentável e vergonhoso.
Para quem ñ reside no estado de SP é impossível conseguir um atendimento decente.
E o presencial tb é péssimo, além de ter de viajar por horas até lá somos tratados super mal, funcionário apáticos, nitidamente sem vontade de ajudar...
SPPREV, favor rever todos esses conceitos, favor melhorar urgente esse atendimento as pessoas, afinal todos são contribuintes ou foram por mtos e mtos anos.
Por hora só posso deixar constado aqui a minha profunda frustração e indignação pelo atendimento ruim que deixa muitíssimo a desejar.
Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to get service over the phone on both numbers available, either because it is simply out of service or because the number is said to be non-existent. that this employee simply says that there is no way to provide more information.
The website is terrible too! You can't solve it over there, it's regrettable and shameful.
For those who do not reside in the state of SP, it is impossible to get a decent service.
And the face-to-face is also terrible, in addition to having to travel for hours there, we are treated super badly, apathetic employee, clearly unwilling to help...
SPPREV, please review all these concepts, please urgently improve this service to people, after all, everyone is a contributor or has been for many, many years.
For now, I can only express my deep frustration and indignation at the poor service that leaves a lot to be desired.
