★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei muito surpreso com a Flores da praça, admito primeiro negativamente, pois houve um equívoco deles, mas depois positivamente pois a forma como lidaram com esse erro, a que todos estamos sujeitos, fez com que se redimissem e reconquistada em um cliente que estava perdido...muito bem atendido pela funcionária Beatriz, erros repito acontecem, mas a humildade para admiti-los e repará-los infelizmente é coisa rara hoje em dia, obrigado pela surpresa e parabéns pelo profissionalismo e sobretudo pela humildade! Que Deus os abençoe....também tive humildade para mudar minha avaliação! Rs
