Nao gostei do atendimento na recepcao que me fizeram. Fui ate a empresa solicitar tratamento para unha encravada porque estava precisando e com dor e so podia ser horário agendado. Fiz avaliacao e o profissional ja esclareceu e perguntou se iamos fazer. A recepcionista disse que podia ser atendido so com agendamento. Cheguei era 13h20 e teria que esperar ate 15h00. Ja fui atendido com vcs varias vezes e nunca precisei disso sempre tinha um profissional de contigencia para atender casos que nao fossem agendados. Eu nao escolho quando a unha vai encravar ou nao..Deveria pensar nessas contigencias.
Fiquei bastante chateado com atendimento, visto que na hora que cheguei nao tinha nenhum cliente sendo atendido. Passei pela loja as 14h00 e ainda nao tinha nenhum cliente sendo atendido. Era o tempo que eu podia ser atendido.
Tinha fidelidade com voces, mas agora considero procurar outras opcoes.

Good afternoon.
I didn't like the service at the reception they made me. I went to the company to request treatment for ingrown toenails because I was in need and in pain and could only be scheduled. I did evaluation and the professional already clarified and asked if we were going to do. The receptionist said it could be answered by appointment only. I arrived at 1:20 pm and would have to wait until 3:00 pm. I've been treated with you several times and never needed it always had a contingency professional to handle cases that were not scheduled. I do not choose when the nail will jam or not. I should think about these contingencies.
I was very upset with customer service, since by the time I arrived there was no customer being served. I passed the store at 14h00 and still had no customer being served. It was the time I could be attended to.
I was faithful to you, but now I consider looking for other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar caríssimo!!!! Resultados muito comuns, de salão simplório. Nada de outro mundo. Lixaram bem as unhas, apenas. A cutilagem não é bem feita!! O pedicuro, o famoso motorzinho... Ainda estou com os pés grossos! Definitivamente, não gostei. Não retornarei!
Expensive place!!!! Very common results, of a simple salon. Nothing out of this world. They just sanded their nails well. The cuticle is not well done!! The pedicure, the famous little motor... I still have thick feet! I definitely didn't like it. I will not return!

Vale dizer que o preço de R$ 120,00 para o salário mínimo no Brasil é caro, mas vale o investimento, pois eu tive meus fungos nas unhas por muitos anos (15 anos) e foi nesse lugar que resolvi meu problema, a minha falta de cuidado era realmente o meu problema.
Eu NÃO gosto que mexam em minhas unhas desde que eu era pequena, mas realmente confio nas meninas que trabalham por lá, frequentei de 2 em 2 meses e pra mim que além de tudo sofro com unhas encravadas vale muito a pena. Claro, que usei os remédios contra fungos, mas realmente tô livre dos fungos por causa dos podólogos desse lugar.
Dei de presente para minha mãe esses dias e ela simplesmente amou, para quem não queria gastar dinheiro com podólogo? Ela disse que vai tentar ir todo mês agora! ?
Bom, eu nunca tive problemas com bifes lá como em alguns salões de pedicure, ou seja, altamente recomendo e sim é um investimento muito bem feito e com um retorno maravilhoso unhas saudáveis NÃO TEM PREÇO!
Ps.: O lugar é muito limpo, organizado e as meninas são super atenciosas, fizemos com a Ana, fica a dica!

I DON'T like to have my nails touched since I was little, but I really trust the girls who work there, I went every 2 months and for me that I also suffer from ingrown toenails, it's really worth it. Of course, I used the anti-fungal meds, but I'm really fungus-free because of the podiatrists at this place.
I gave it as a gift to my mother these days and she just loved it, who wouldn't want to spend money on a podiatrist? She said she will try to go every month now! ?
Well, I never had a problem with steaks there like in some pedicure salons, that is, I highly recommend it and yes it is a very well done investment and with a wonderful return healthy nails IS PRICELESS!
