★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tomem cuidado ao fazer negócios com esta senhora, aluguei uma casa com ela e quando fui sair ela queria reformar a casa as minhas custas, pra começar quando fui entrar na casa a casa estava suja e ela queria me cobrar R$ 150,00 para limpar, estava com problemas na instalação elétrica que não foi resolvido, quando fui sair ela me cobrou R$ 300,00 de limpeza (sendo que entreguei mais limpo do que peguei) cobrou mais um valor para consertar a parte elétrica que já estava ruim quando eu entrei.
take care when doing business with this lady, I rented a house with her and when I left she wanted to renovate the house at my expense, to start when I went into the house the house was dirty and she wanted to charge me R $ 150.00 to clean , I was having problems with the electrical installation that was not solved, when I went out she charged me R $ 300.00 for cleaning (since I delivered cleaner than I got it) charged another amount to fix the electrical part that was already bad when I I entered.
