★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se esta tentando adquirir segunda via de documentos, o cartorio me informou que perderam todos documentos anteriores a 1980 por conta de uma mudança do prédio, me deram até uma certidão informando que não tinham mais o documento, mas nisso eu ja havia pagado duas buscas mesmo eles sabendo que não tinham o documento.
If you are trying to acquire duplicate documents, the notary informed me that they lost all documents prior to 1980 due to a change in the building, they even gave me a certificate stating that they no longer had the document, but in that I had already paid for two searches them knowing they didn't have the document.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente é horrível pra falar por telefone já faz 40 minutos que ligo, me atenderam e simplesmente desligaram o telefone ou retiraram do gancho...tem que melhorar muito o atendimento...infelizmente é isso que acontece quando se está cansados de trabalho,,,aí nem atende que precisa do atendimento e trabalham con educação, está faltando muito pra chegar ao nível Bom...
Unfortunately, it's horrible to talk on the phone, I've been calling for 40 minutes, they answered me and simply hung up the phone or took it off the hook... the service has to be improved a lot... unfortunately that's what happens when you're tired of work,, , then they don't even answer that they need the service and they work with education, there is a lot missing to reach the Good level...
