★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom, acho que ao invés de três escadas deveria converter uma em uma rampa menor pra atentender pessoas com dificudade de locomoção como idosos, a rampa pra cadeirantes é muito boa mas pra outros tipos de deficiências pode não ser, como no meu caso.
 Very good service, I think that instead of three stairs, one should convert one into a smaller ramp to serve people with mobility difficulties such as the elderly, the ramp for wheelchair users is very good but for other types of disabilities it may not be, as in my case.

Terrible service... I think it's a pattern of several notaries in Fortaleza... why publish a phone that is never answered ??? It must be mandatory to publish the telephone number.... but in practice, no one answers...

Hello I went there by chance, already tired of so many that we walked that day looking for a marriage certificate from my father-in-law after my mother-in-law is already deceased and for a document I needed confirmation updating that he was a widower and was still in the same situation already flattened that we would have a marathon to accomplish this feat. when we got there we were attended by a young man of middle age who solved everything so the experience was splendid I only remember his name now but congratulations.thanks
