★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Hospital com profissionais mal preparados para uma urgência e emergência. Minha esposa chegou no hospital com infecção urinária, o médico plantonista diagnosticou que ela estava em momento de parto. Tentaram contato com o obstetra que acompanha minha esposa, Dr. Rabello sem sucesso o mesmo não atendeu o celular.
O plantonista sem saber o que fazer, pediu para encaminhar minha esposa para outro hospital mais preparado. Enfim ela foi para o Materno Hospital Universitário. Onde foi muito bem recepcionada e tratada com dignidade. Passada a infecção( 10 dias de internação), minha esposa deu a luz ao nosso garotão por parto normal. Estão super saudáveis. Pagamos caro em um plano de saúde (750,00) para no final sermos direcionados ao SUS. Mais uma vez, parabenizo toda a equipe do Hospital Universitário Materno. Somos prova viva que o SUS funciona quando é bem administrado.
A todas as Grávidas, fiquem atentas quanto ao parto cesária. Pois havendo possibilidade, optem pelo parto normal. Pesquisem sobre. Não se deixem levar pelo apelo capitalista e mercenário dos obstetras.
Reforçando, em uma situação de urgência e emergência, não contém com a Clínica São Marcos.
 Terrible. Hospital with professionals ill prepared for an urgency and emergency. My wife arrived at the hospital with urinary tract infection, the doctor on duty diagnosed that she was in childbirth. Attempted to contact the obstetrician accompanying my wife, Dr. Rabello unsuccessfully he did not answer the phone.
The shift officer, unsure of what to do, asked to refer my wife to another, more prepared hospital. Finally she went to the Maternal University Hospital. Where was very well received and treated with dignity. After the infection (10 days of hospitalization), my wife gave birth to our big boy by normal birth. They are super healthy. We pay dearly on a health plan (750.00) to be directed to SUS in the end. Once again, I congratulate the entire staff at the Maternal University Hospital. We are living proof that the SUS works when it is well managed.
To all pregnant women, watch out for cesarean section. For if possible, opt for the normal delivery. Research on. Do not be led by the capitalist and mercenary appeal of obstetricians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima e não recomendo pra ninguém. Infelizmente escolhi ter meu primeiro filho um momento tão esperado e especial por ser uma conceituada maternidade mas hoje me resta frustração e indignação por ter sido tão negligenciada. Meu filho saiu da maternidade totalmente vulnerável sem nenhuma vacina e orientações de cuidados básicos que são importante para saúde do bebê. Equipe totalmente despreparada e sem senso de humanização. Ainda formalizarei minha insatisfação nesta "conceituada empresa" para que não coloquem em risco outras famílias. Decepcionada.

Terrible and I don't recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately, I chose to have my first child at such a long-awaited and special moment for being a respected motherhood, but today I am left with frustration and indignation for being so neglected. My son left the maternity hospital totally vulnerable without any vaccine and basic care guidelines that are important for the baby's health. Staff totally unprepared and with no sense of humanization. I will still formalize my dissatisfaction in this "reputable company" so that they do not put other families at risk. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha filha que está grávida de 5 semanas para emergência na clínica São Marcos em um sábado do mês de Setembro ,a noite estava com sangramento e suspeita de aborto,na recepção demoramos uns 30 minutos,a médica de iniciais JD, fez um exame de toque disse que era pra ir pra casa e ficar em repouso, só isso e que voltasde segunda feira para exames simplesmente,perguntei se ela não poderia fazer um exame de ultrassom,ela disse que não haveria condições pq exames nenhum é feito no fim de semana.Ela continuava sangrando aí tive a ideia de levar lá para a Maternidade Marly Sarney,graças a Deus chegando lá foi bem atendida fez vários exames laboratóriais e a ultrassom e foi informada da real situação da gravidez .Fiquei e ficamos decepcionado com o tratamento da clínica São Marcos,se numa emergência o atendimento é péssimo imaginem os demais.

Touch said she was to go home and rest, that's all and that she would come back from Monday for exams simply, I asked her if she could not do an ultrasound exam, she said there would be no conditions because no exams are done on the weekend .She was still bleeding so I had the idea of taking Marly Sarney there to the Maternity Hospital, thank God when she arrived there she was well attended, she underwent several laboratory tests and ultrasound and was informed of the real situation of the pregnancy. I was disappointed with the treatment at the clinic Saint Mark, if in an emergency the service is terrible, imagine the others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a obstetra para ter parto natural, mas toda a equipe foi de plantonistas do hospital. Enfermeiras, técnicas e anestesistas incríveis. Agradeço a cada mulher que nos cuidou durante a internação. O grande desapontamento veio com a pediatra, uma senhora de quem esperava algum acolhimento, além da atenção médica. Não passou cuidados básicos com a RN prematura, como temperatura do ambiente, complementação com fórmula ou riscos e exames. Optou por procedimentos estressantes pra criança para tratar algo simples como icterícia sem explicar a necessidade para os pais. Não deixou claro critérios de alta, autoritária, difícil de dialogar e inclusive para tirar dúvidas, sem empatia pela família, sobretudo com a mãe. A RN não ganhou em uma semana sob seus cuidados o peso que ganhou quando mudamos de pediatra no próprio hospital. Pode ser boa médica, mas não tem o menor traquejo como ser humano. Não sei como está numa área em que precisa lidar com famílias em momentos sensíveis como a chegada de um bebê.
I hired the obstetrician to have a natural birth, but the entire team was on duty at the hospital. Incredible nurses, technicians and anesthetists. I thank each woman who took care of us during hospitalization. The great disappointment came with the pediatrician, a lady from whom she expected some welcome, in addition to medical attention. He did not pass basic care with premature newborns, such as room temperature, supplementation with formula or risks and exams. He opted for stressful procedures for the child to treat something as simple as jaundice without explaining the need to the parents. He did not make clear criteria for discharge, authoritarian, difficult to dialogue and even to clear doubts, without empathy for the family, especially with the mother. RN did not gain in one week under her care the weight she gained when we changed pediatricians at the hospital itself. She may be a good doctor, but she has no skills as a human being. I don't know how you are in an area where you need to deal with families at such sensitive times as the arrival of a baby.

Funcionários sem sensibilidade alguma, péssima estrutura, camas pequenas e enferrujadas, médicos grosseiros, pediatra que não orienta direito as mães de primeira viagem. Meu filho passou mal em uma noite e fui informada q não havia médico disponivel para atende-lo. Experiência traumatizante.
I had my first child there and I don't recommend it to anyone. Staff without any sensitivity, bad structure, small and rusty beds, rude doctors, pediatrician who doesn't guide first-time mothers right. My son felt sick in one night and I was informed that there was no doctor available to attend to him. Traumatizing experience.

Pontos de melhoria: instalações, chuveiro elétrico não funcionou no apartamento, técnicos e enfermeiros mais preparados e empatia com o momento tão especial de chegada do bebê pra família.

Competent and caring professionals with the family.
Points for improvement: facilities, electric shower did not work in the apartment, technicians and nurses more prepared and empathy with the very special moment of the baby's arrival to the family.
Excessive delay for release, too much bureaucracy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das piores emergências que já estive. Minha esposa chegou vomitando, demorou mais de uma hora pra receber o medicamento. Portanto, melhor vomitar na calçada do que vomitar em frente a uma enfermeira de cabelo colorido arrogante e mal educada. Se meu filho estivesse pra nascer e fosse ser atendido nessa emergência, quando cortassem o cartão umbilical ele já estaria na pré-escola. Serviço horrível.
One of the worst emergencies I've ever been in. My wife arrived vomiting, it took more than an hour to receive the medicine. So, better to vomit on the sidewalk than to vomit in front of an arrogant and rude nurse with colored hair. If my son was to be born and he was going to be attended to in this emergency, when they cut the umbilical card he would already be in preschool. Horrible service.
