Fiz uma compra ontem ,22/12, no valor acima de $200,00 reais, na hora de pegar as mercadorias, deixaram de colocar 4 brinquedos na minha sacola, não é pelo valor, pq eram baratinhos, só percebi assim que cheguei em casa, tentei ligar várias vezes, ninguém atende, no outro dia retornei a loja e falei com a moça que fica no caixa, de jeito nenhum não deixaram nada aqui, tudo bem fui imprudente, sim, mas gostaria de ter tudo mais atenção, por isso recomendo, essa loja tem um péssimo atendimento.

I made a purchase yesterday, 12/22, worth over $ 200.00 reais, when picking up the goods, they stopped putting 4 toys in my bag, it's not for the price, because they were cheap, I only realized as soon as I got home I tried to call several times, no one answers, the other day I returned to the store and talked to the girl who is at the checkout, there was no way they left anything here, okay I was reckless, yes, but I would like to have more attention, that's why recommend, this store has a terrible service.
