★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bom dia star mak minha esposa comprou uma maquina de costura nesta loja e deu um defeito na maquina galoneira mod as 556 tem garantia de 12meis e o vendedor nos disse que temos que levar o cabeçote da maquina para fazer revisão na loja que compramos esta maquina foi paga avista em nome de minha esposa maria de lourdes b magalhães não posso pegar este pèso para levar ate a oficina da loja por motivo de saúde por favor me manda um mecânico para arrumar a maquina ela esta lá no terceiro andar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo mais essa loja, minha mãe comprou uma maquina lá e foi bem atendido, até porque estava comprando. Agora a maquina deu problema, mas só porque passou da garantia, fazem pouco caso. Pedindo pra tirar todos os fios, mas quando foi comprado, a maquina já veio toda montada e parafusada. E não conseguimos de jeito nenhum desparafusa- la. Ai a atende Camila fala para ter força.. Mas de qual forma essa força? Estão achando que estamos de moleza? Não estamos brincando!
Se ligamos pra avisar que nao tem como, é pq não estamos conseguindo, e se fosse pra pedir para outra assistencia, já teríamos pedido há muito tempo. Mas nao achamos outra autorizada.
Na hora de comprar são otimos! Mas depois pra arrumar fazem de má vontade. Nao indico nunca mais essa assistência técnica. Eu vou no procon sim.. Por ser um direito nosso e estao negando o serviço.
