★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência estava sendo normal, tirando a demora tediosa no atendimento, até que para minha surpresa quando fui buscar meu ar-condicionado (novinho) isso mesmo, o ar tinha 8 meses de comprado e apenas levei para fazer uma limpeza e o cachorro que eles criam dentro da loja, isso mesmo criam um pastor dentro da loja e o mesmo roeu e estragou o fio do meu ar. Simplesmente o cara fez um remendo com fita isolante e só. Não me deu desconto, não se disponibilizou em trocar o fio todo, apenas desencapou o fio e emendou com fita isolante, desvalorizando meu produto. Pq com certeza, se um dia eu quiser vender vão falar desse remendo. Então minha experiência foi péssima.
My experience was being normal, taking the tedious delay in service, until to my surprise when I went to get my air conditioning (brand new) that's right, the air was 8 months old and I just took it to clean and the dog they they create inside the store, that's right they create a shepherd inside the store and he gnawed and spoiled the thread of my air. The guy just made a patch with electrical tape and that's it. He didn't give me a discount, he didn't offer to change the whole thread, he just stripped the thread and amended it with electrical tape, devaluing my product. Because for sure, if one day I want to sell they will talk about this patch. So my experience was terrible.
