★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Starbucks on earth. From order to capuccino its more than 15min (at an airport!). I gave up, waste of money as I got nothing. People ate untrained, dont care at all if you mention thst you have to grt a flight and proceed veeeeeeryyyy sloooooooowly. Basically out 5 people behind the desk you can fire 4 and no one will notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better to avoid if you can. 25minutes to have a hot croque monsieur (which turned cold due to the delay) and a cappuccino (I've ordered a frapuccino but they couldn't understand). Disgusting experience. For the records, I am Brazilian and of course a portuguese speaker. So, mistakes couldn't be credited to the foreign language. I've just chosen to write this comment in english to reach more people to escape the trap... Shame on you, Starbucks SDU!
