Fui por indicação de uma oficina que frequento há bastante tempo. Chegando lá, conversamos sobre o valor do reparo do capô do carro e parachoque e então acertamos. Deixei o carro lá em uma quinta-feira já adiantando uma % do valor, como solicitado pelo responsável pela oficina. Pra poder me programar e não precisar ficar andando de ônibus durante muito tempo, perguntei sobre quando seria entregue o carro. Que foi acordado que seria na segunda-feira.
Chegando lá na segunda, o carro ainda estava encostado. Não havia sido feito nada ainda. Então percebi que o serviço havia sido aceito apenas pra que o cliente não fosse perdido.
Aborrecido, perguntei quando eu poderia pegar o carro. Então fica acordado que na terça feira no final do dia eu poderia passar pra pegar 'sem falta' (palavras dele). Terça-feira, chegando lá, mais uma vez tive aborrecimento. Vi que o carro ainda estava em conserto e que não iria adiantar eu esperar, pois ainda iria demorar. E mais uma vez acordamos para que eu pegasse o carro na quarta ainda pela manhã. Pois ainda seria feito polimento. Fui buscar o carro às 15:00 da quarta e o carro ainda estava recebendo retoques de tinta, para posteriormente ser polído. Além de ter que esperar bastante para ser atendido, ainda ficaram marcas de massa branca (que ele falou não ter sido durante o conserto e que era marca de oxidação) e uma pequena parte do paralama quebrada. E então ao apontar esse defeito ele me diz que o carro já estava assim. Eu fiquei na dúvida pois haviam muitos carros por lá. Como ele teria tanta certeza, se quando eu fui pagar o restante ele me perguntou quanto eu já havia pago? Enfim. Depois eu vi com meu pai uma filmagem do carro de quando havia sido batido e não havia dano nenhum no paralama.
O resumo do serviço e do local é: descaso, falta de qualidade e comprometimento.
Não recomendo pra ninguém.

By Monday, the car was still pulled up. Nothing had been done yet. Then I realized that the service had been accepted just so that the customer was not lost.
Annoyed, I asked when I could get the car. So it is agreed that on Tuesday at the end of the day I could pass by to catch 'without fail' (his words). Tuesday, getting there, once again I got bored. I saw that the car was still in repair and that it would not do any good for me to wait, because it would still take time. And once again we woke up to get the car on Wednesday morning. For it would still be polished. I went to pick up the car at 3:00 pm on Wednesday and the car was still getting touches of paint, to later be polished. In addition to having to wait long to be serviced, there were still marks of white matter (which he said was not during the repair and that was oxidation mark) and a small part of the broken mudguard. And then by pointing out this defect he tells me that the car was already like this. I was in doubt because there were many cars there. How would he be so sure if when I went to pay the rest he asked me how much I had already paid? Anyway. Then I saw with my father a footage of the car when it had been crashed and there was no damage to the mudguard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu carro lá para fazer a pintura, tive que pagar uma parte adiantada do serviço coisa que já não é normal não recebi nenhum tipo de recibo ainda bem que tirei uma foto de quanto paguei pois nem mesmo o proprietário soube disser quanto foi e sobre o serviço muito demorado acho até que trocaram peças do meu carro e sem falar que ficou péssimo dando para ver todos os defeitos a olho nu nitidamente, resumindo atendimento péssimo serviço péssimo, quer acabar com seu carro leve na stock car.
