Mas o proprietário me ligou, mudou a equipe e fez um trabalho de excelência, ele mostrou ser um profissional diferente e prezou pelo cliente, hoje não tenho interesse de ir em outra oficina devido a qualidade do atendimento e devido ao conhecimento do mesmo, que é algo notável. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considero que faltou mais transparência por parte do mecânico que realizou o serviço. Quando perguntado sobre a peça defeituosa, respondeu com indiferença. Economizaria muito se tivesse comprado a peça nova via Internet. Muita diferença de preço.
I think there was a lack of transparency on the part of the mechanic who performed the service. When asked about the defective part, he responded indifferently. I would have saved a lot if I had bought the new part via the Internet. Big difference in price.
