★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way to the top take around 1 h, queue to take a photo lasted 3.5 hours. The few is amazing and photos looking super beautiful. BUT there was one terrible thing - stupid photographer, he sit in the best place for taking photo and try to sale his service. He appointed himself there as a big boss and decided who and how long should take a photos, according to his stupid mercantil logic. If the people pay for photos to him, he allow them to be on the stone as long as they want, but if no - he extends people in a very rough form after few seconds, especially if he photographs the next person. After few clicks he told us, it's enough, go down! When we disagreed, he told us "you are not at home, go home and decide there...." This person spoiled our evening and impression about Brazil and Brazilians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is nice and the pictures are good, but nobody tells you that you have to wait 3 hours in the sun to get a picture! It's definitely not worth it and the place is wayyyy to crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am no where near a hiker and I read reviews saying it was easy but by no means was it easy. It was worth the struggle once you got up there tho. The guy charging for pictures is worth the money to have really good angles too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome views. The hike is short but medium hard to do. So worth it!!! From copacabana or Ipanema take the metro and then and Uber or taxi.
A must to visit hike, make sure to visit the beaches around too.
Go early in the morning, the line could be gone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous view and nature experience. Sadly it has become a photograph sensation which created excess attention removing the enjoyment of what it really is "nature's beauty". Also there's a photographer there exploiting the photograph spot... It's quite affordable which makes it incredibly tempting to buy, DON'T! It's such poor quality picture it's not worth your time. The only cool thing is his creative take on how one can stand on for a fun look from a specific angle. I recommend you bringing a friend who has a good eye for angles and is patient to wait in a more than 1h long line up depending on the day.
