★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenha disposição! Amei conhecer a praia do meio e ir a Pedra da Tartaruga mas como sou iniciante, foi um pouco sofrível chegar até lá kkk. Perdi algumas unhas do pé mas valeu a experiência.
Be willing! I loved getting to know the middle beach and going to Pedra da Tartaruga but as I am a beginner, it was a little bearable to get there kkk. I lost some toenails but it was worth the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma trilha de nível moderado que fica em Barra de Guaratiba. Para chegar ao acesso da trilha é necessário chegar primeiro a uma escadaria que tem bem no final da Praia de Guaratiba. Do início da trilha em si até à praia do Perigoso que fica bem abaixo da Pedra da Tartaruga leva entorno de 30min a 40min dependendo do seu condicionamento físico e para chegar ao topo da Pedra é mais uns 30min mais ou menos à mais. Ela tem esse nome por conta do seu formato lembra esse animal dos mares e você pode confirmar prestando atenção quando chegar no último trecho da trilha antes de chegar na praia é só olhar para frente. Para os mais aventureiros existe uma travessia de 8,5 km com duração de 6h que começa justamente por essa praia chamada Travessia das praias “selvagens” que além da praia do perigoso e das conchas tem também as praias do meio, funda e inferno.
A primeira praia já não é mais tão selvagem assim devido ao aumento da visitação principalmente nos finais de semana ensolarados. Se quiser ter uma melhor experiência e puder, vá dia de semana!

A moderate level trail that is located in Barra de Guaratiba. To get to the trail's access, it is necessary to first reach a staircase at the very end of Praia de Guaratiba. From the beginning of the trail itself to Praia do Perigoso, which is right below Pedra da Tartaruga, it takes around 30min to 40min depending on your physical condition and to get to the top of Pedra it takes about 30min more or less. It has this name because of its shape, it reminds us of this animal of the seas and you can confirm it by paying attention when you reach the last stretch of the trail before reaching the beach, just look ahead. For the more adventurous, there is an 8.5 km crossing with a duration of 6 hours that begins precisely at this beach called Crossing of the “wild” beaches which, in addition to the dangerous beach and shells, also have the beaches of the middle, deep and inferno.
The first beach is not so wild anymore due to the increase in visitation, especially on sunny weekends. If you want to have a better experience and you can, go on a weekday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vista não cabe comentários. Dizer que é linda é pouco. A trilha se dá pela praia do perigoso, a subida é um pouco íngreme. A descida também é preciso ter cuidado pois não tem muito onde segurar, já que é uma pedra. Na descida eu segurei em alguns matos que estavam em volta mas pode machucar um pouco a mão. Mesmo sendo curta, é ideal subir com um calçado confortável e levar água. Chegando lá em cima, só curtir a vista e agradecer por esse privilégio.
The view cannot be commented upon. To say she is beautiful is an understatement. The trail goes along the dangerous beach, the ascent is a bit steep. The descent is also necessary to be careful because there is not much to hold, since it is a rock. On the way down I held onto some bushes that were around but it can hurt my hand a little. Even though it is short, it is ideal to go up with comfortable shoes and bring water. Arriving there, just enjoy the view and thank you for this privilege.
