I highly recommend! Excellent professional... It's a complete class, it works on posture, breathing, relieves stress by having high quality stretches at the beginning and end of classes. I live in Ireland and I have online classes but I don't run out of it... Lol it's worth checking out

A professora Bianca passa tudo como uma excelente profissional, com extrema atenção e cuidado a todas as alunas e a cada movimento do corpo, com paciência e querendo levar a aluna a perfeita execução. Amei o início e o final da aula com técnicas de Yoga nos alongamentos, a gente sai com o combo de Yoga+Dança do Ventre e muito relaxada para compensar o aeróbico das aulas kk não é moleza não !! Simplesmente MAIS QUE recomendo ❤️❤️❤️????
EVERYTHING PERFECT !!! This is the only word to describe, PERFECT, the method, the technique. Professor Bianca passes everything as an excellent professional, with extreme attention and care to all the students and to each movement of the body, with patience and wanting to lead the student to perfect execution. I loved the beginning and end of the class with Yoga techniques in the stretching, we go out with the Yoga+Belly Dance combo and very relaxed to compensate for the aerobics of the classes kk it's not easy!! Simply MORE THAN I recommend ❤️❤️❤️????
