★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tinha que dar nem 1 estrela,o serviço é péssimo,não entregam o q vc compra pelo peixe Urbano e ainda por cima não comparecem no dia e horário marcado...desmarcam sem dar satisfação e nem te ligam pra avisar.O meu cabelo tá como se eu tivesse feito uma escova normal.
I didn’t have to give even 1 star, the service is terrible, they don’t deliver what you buy for the Urban fish and on top of that they don’t show up on the day and at the scheduled time ... they deselect without giving satisfaction and they don’t even call you to warn. My hair is as if I had made a normal brush.

Poucos dias depois, apesar do cuidado em manter as unhas, elas apresentaram rachaduras na base, assim como outros defeitos. ( Não durou nem uma semana as unhas).
Retornei ao salão para resolver os problemas. Me sinto lesada e enganada porque o serviço foi de baixa qualidade.
Além do descaso demonstrado pela profissional do salão que não fez a manutenção conforme contratado, deixando minhas unhas sem esmalte e além de tudo cobrando extra pelo serviço feito em duas unhas.
Eu até teria direito ainda a uma manutenção, mas considerando o que descrevi, não tenho mais interesse nem confiança nos serviços desse estabelecimento.
I made the purchase on Groupon of service of placing of crystal nails, including service of manicure and painting with right to 2 maintenance in the hall.
A few days later, despite careful to keep the nails, they showed cracks at the base, as well as other defects. (It did not last for a week or so).
I returned to the salon to solve the problems. I feel injured and cheated because the service was of poor quality.
In addition to the disregard shown by the salon professional who did not do the maintenance as hired, leaving my nails without enamel and beyond all charging extra for the service done on two nails.
I even have the right even to a maintenance, but considering what I have described, I have no more interest or confidence in the services of this establishment.
