Faço Pilates há mais de 3 anos com o Hiury e resolvi meus problemas de coluna e ainda desenvolvi nesse tempo um abdominal que nunca tive, além de toda a musculatura do corpo ter se desenvolvido muito. Recomendo muito Pilates, mas com o Hiury. Profissional atento a todos os movimentos dos alunos, corrigindo e ensinando a melhor técnica continuamente e sempre respeitando os limites de cada um. Se preocupa com a saúde dos alunos e direciona as aulas de acordo com as necessidades de cada um. Super recomendado!!
Before starting to do Pilates at Studio Hiury I did more than 10 experimental classes and concluded that the best structure and the best class, without a doubt, were there. I've been doing Pilates for more than 3 years with Hiury and I have solved my spine problems and in that time I have developed an abdominal that I never had, in addition to all the musculature of the body having developed a lot. I highly recommend Pilates, but with Hiury. Professional attentive to every movement of the students, correcting and teaching the best technique continuously and always respecting the limits of each one. He cares about the health of the students and directs the classes according to the needs of each one. Super recommended!!
