Nunca gostei de exercícios e a professora Jessica conseguiu mudar meu conceito, justamente por ser algo específico para o que você precisa. Sempre sofri de enxaqueca tensional e depois que comecei o pilates nunca mais tive crises. Hoje faço com exercícios feliz.
Differentiated service and a pleasant environment to be, motivating. I never liked exercises and teacher Jessica managed to change my concept, precisely because it is something specific for what you need. I always suffered from tension migraine and after I started pilates I never had a seizure again. Today I do with happy exercises.

A Jessica muito atenciosa, procura sempre estar solucionando seu problema, auxiliando e montando treinos especialmente para resolver suas dores e desenvolver seu corpo. Não troco por nenhum outro pilates!
Impeccable service, very well structured place and with everything we need to practice Pilates. Jessica is very attentive, always trying to solve your problem, helping and setting up training especially to solve your pain and develop your body. I don't change it for any other pilates!
