Já os parceiros da area de shows são péssimos , grosseiros não aceitam sugestões, pedidos dos clientes e querem impor as coisas que o cliente não quer. A pessoa que atende pelas redes sociais é totalmente despreparada e queima a empresa de maneira absurda. Não recomendo a parte musical da empresa.
 Team photo and video too super. Very good service. Already the partners in the concert area are terrible, rude do not accept suggestions, requests from customers and want to impose things that the customer does not want. The person who attends to social networks is totally unprepared and burns the company in an absurd way. I do not recommend the musical part of the company.

Vários erros! Vou citar só alguns: No vídeo que passaram no dia do casamento erraram o nome do meu noivo!!! Atrasaram todas as entregas e acabaram de me entregar um pen drive com vídeo de casamento de outro casal!!!
Rídiculo!!!

The photos are great, but the service sucks!
Various errors! I'll name just a few: In the video that showed on the day of the wedding, my fiance's name was wrong!!! They delayed all deliveries and just handed me a pen drive with another couple's wedding video!!!
Ridiculous!!!
I don't recommend it!!!

I closed with the studio for my wedding and it was just perfect !!! Photos and videos with quality, punctuality of the team, excellent pre and post sales service, the retrospective was perfect, the pre wedding rehearsal was wonderful and the wedding day, all impeccable.
My album, photos and videos were beautiful !!! Would recommend a thousand times ♥ ️ ♥ ️

Deixo aqui minha decepção com a empresa, casamento e coisa séria. E a minha filmagem ficou horrível, amadora.
Imagens ruins e trêmulas, sem foco luzes estouradas, nem entrada da noiva conseguiram pegar! Não indico para ninguém!
I hired by studio K Guarulhos.
I leave here my disappointment with the company, marriage and serious stuff. And my footage turned out awful, amateur.
Bad and shaky images, out of focus, burst lights, not even the bride's entrance managed to catch! I don't recommend it to anyone!

Meu casamento foi cancelado devido a pandemia, não por que eu quiz e sim por uma força maior.
Já tínhamos pago mais da metade do valor, até agora não recebi os valores em que a Lei me protege com a devolução total.
Quando você vai lá pra fechar é uma coisa, mas qualquer problema que você tiver não te respondem, ignoram as mensagens, te tratam como lixo, fiquei doente com tantos problemas psicológicos que me causaram.
Fuja desta empresa!!!!
Company trash!
My wedding was canceled due to the pandemic, not because I wanted to, but because of a force majeure.
We had already paid more than half of the amount, so far I have not received the amounts in which the Law protects me with a full refund.
When you go there to close it's one thing, but any problem you have they don't answer you, they ignore messages, they treat you like trash, I got sick with so many psychological problems they caused me.
Run away from this company!!!!
