Sem duvida foi a melhor decisão, pois além do profissionalismo, busca por novidades e uso de tecnologia, é um local que nós faz sentir em casa.

Ajudou no processo de perda de peso e diminuiu dores do esforço do meu trabalho e da fibromialgia. Melhor decisão foi começar a treinar. Equipe gentil , competente e um ambiente agradável.
It changed my sedentary routine! I like having someone guide the exercises. I like the low sound, unlike most gyms. I learned to enjoy training! It helped in the weight loss process and lessened pains from the strain of my work and fibromyalgia. The best decision was to start training. Kind, competent staff and a pleasant atmosphere.
