A vontade é de que a aula não acabe e que eu tenha mais tempo na agenda para poder fazer mais de uma vez por semana.... quem sabe um dia. Recomendo de olhos fechados!
Clean and pleasant environment. The yoga classes are just wonderful and the teacher Lilian is amazing! I've done it with Milena and I liked it a lot too. The wish is that the class doesn't end and that I have more time in my schedule to be able to do it more than once a week... maybe one day. I recommend it with your eyes closed!

As aulas são simplesmente maravilhosas e a professora Patricia muito competente e carinhosa com seus alunos. Quando chego para as aulas esqueço de tudo, momento só meu, para cuidar do corpo e da alma. Lembrando que as aulas podem ser individuais ou em duplas apenas!!! Isso conta muito, pois temos atenção da professora o tempo todo. Pilates é vida. Experimente você não vai se arrepender. Bjos
Studio Levitta is a very nice and cozy place. The teachers are thoughtful and we realize their total commitment to giving classes at a high level. The classes are simply wonderful and teacher Patricia is very competent and affectionate with her students. When I get to classes I forget about everything, a moment that is just mine, to take care of my body and soul. Remembering that classes can be individual or in pairs only!!! This counts for a lot, as we have the teacher's attention all the time. Pilates is life. Try it you won't regret it. kisses
