★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu havia marcado horário para fazer manutenção nas minhas unhas, sendo que sempre marco um mês antes para não dar nenhum problema com horário, ao chegar no local e no horário marcado ela não estava lá e desmarcou sem se quer me avisar antes, pois segundo ela, ela tinha um compromisso, achei isso uma falta de comprometimento depois do acontecido, mandei mensagem e ela não me respondeu, fico chateada pois o serviço dela era do meu agrado.
I had an appointment to do maintenance on my nails, and I always set it a month in advance so as not to have any problems with the time, when I arrived at the place and at the appointed time she was not there and she canceled without even letting me know in advance, because according to her , she had an appointment, I thought it was a lack of commitment after what happened, I sent a message and she didn't answer me, I'm upset because her service was to my liking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui várias vezes ao Studio, mas hoje tive uma experiência bem ruim.
Fui fazer escova, unha e sobrancelhas de henna. Cheguei no horário marcado, 18h, imediatamente começaram a escova e as unhas, ambos atendimentos impecáveis e pacientes, a moça da unha então foi um amor mesmo com minha indecisão da cor que escolheria.
Depois de concluir o cabelo fui para a henna (por volta de 19:30), atendimento também começou de forma muito tranquila, ouvi o Ney, a Sara e a irmã dela conversando sobre sair para um barzinho depois e tudo ótimo (até pq é feirado e ngm é de ferro).
Ao finalizar a sobrancelha já com o salão vazio e apenas com os donos (já era umas 20h), percebo olhando em um espelho que ficou levemente torto, depois de avisar ela falou que não estava, peguei então um pincel de maquiagem para centralizar no meu rosto e mostrar a diferença, então ela começou a culpar a minha micro, eu sugerir um pequeno ajuste para não atrasar eles e Sara me informou que eu não precisaria pagar e que não ia mais tocar na minha sobrancelha, eu aceitei e fomos saindo, ela ainda enfatizando que era problema da micro.
Em determinado momento ela começou a surtar e falar alto que eu era uma salafrária (isso tudo entre a sala e a recepção onde eu pagaria os outros procedimentos) e a dizer que não me atenderia mais. Na recepção estava o Ney e comentei sobre a sobrancelha com ele colocando o dedo no meio para ele ver a diferença, ele não fez nenhum comentário (obviamente eu também não faria se minha esposa estivesse naquele estado, mais seguro permanecer calado).
Quando disse que se ela preferisse eu pagava pelo procedimento ela disse "eu não preciso do seu dinheiro", eu ainda tranquila aceitei, fiz o pix (enquanto isso ela "mandou" ele abrir o portão) e ela exigiu o comprovante que enviei imediatamente.
Em sequencia ela me expulsou do estabelecimento me mandando não voltar, batendo o portão atrás de mim.
Não sei se foi um surto do momento, ou se é comum, mas infelizmente conforme ela disse, não volto mais.
I've been to Studio several times, but today I had a really bad experience.
I went to do a brush, nails and henna eyebrows. I arrived at the appointed time, 6pm, immediately the brush and nails started, both impeccable and patient care, the nail girl was so sweet even with my indecision about the color I would choose.
After finishing the hair I went to the henna (around 19:30), service also started very smoothly, I heard Ney, Sara and her sister talking about going out to a bar afterwards and everything was great (even because it's fair and no one is made of iron).
When finishing the eyebrows already with the salon empty and only with the owners (it was already about 20h), I notice looking in a mirror that was slightly crooked, after warning she said it wasn't, so I took a makeup brush to center on mine face and show the difference, so she started to blame my micro, I suggested a small adjustment so as not to delay them and Sara informed me that I would not have to pay and that she would not touch my eyebrow anymore, I accepted and we were leaving, she still emphasizing that it was a micro problem.
At one point, she started freaking out and talking loudly that I was a scoundrel (all this between the room and the reception where I would pay for the other procedures) and saying that she would no longer attend to me. At the reception was Ney and I commented on the eyebrow with him putting his finger in the middle for him to see the difference, he didn't make any comment (obviously I wouldn't do it either if my wife was in that state, safer to remain silent).
When I said that if she preferred I would pay for the procedure she said "I don't need your money", I still calmly accepted, made the pix (in the meantime she "sent" him to open the gate) and she demanded the proof that I sent immediately.
In sequence she kicked me out of the establishment telling me not to come back, slamming the gate behind me.
I don't know if it was a momentary outbreak, or if it's common, but unfortunately as she said, I won't be back.
