Tentei por inúmeras vezes atividade física, mas sem aquela força de um profissional é difícil.
Quando entrei em contato com a Luana ,já fui muito bem acolhido e recebido.
Em uma semana de aula, sabia que havia acertado, conheci uma atividade física que uni o útil ao agradável.
Me encontrei e recomendo a todos.
Até pq, vc se sentindo bem, abrem outras possibilidades em relação à atividade física que até então estava soterrada !
